Refunds (if applicable) may only be considered during the initial design phase before development work has begun. Once the project moves into the development stage, it is no longer eligible for any refund.
No Refund Policy
All payments made to Logifye are non-refundable. Once a project has been purchased and the development phase has started, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Project Hold & Cancellation
• Clients may place a project on hold for up to one month. If the client remains unreachable after this period, the project will be canceled with no refund.
• Refunds cannot be requested after three revision requests.
Refund Requests
Refunds must be formally requested and will be reviewed case by case.
Fraudulent Transactions
If a fraudulent credit card transaction is detected, the project will be canceled without a refund.
